The Anjou-based electronics group éolane has announced an in-depth financial restructuring that places it at the forefront of this strategic field, according to its president Henri Juin.
éolane is rearming itself financially. The electronics group, based near Angers, announces that it has just strengthened its share capital to the tune of 50 million euros and that it will have an additional 48 million euros in cash at the end of the first half of 2022.
With the help of the recovery plan, the Angevin electronics group is investing two million euros to automate the assembly of components at its Combrée plant, which saw its birth in 1975.
Henri Juin, President of éolane and Antoine YON, Director of éolane Tallinn, had the honor to receive Franck Riester, Minister in charge of Foreign Trade and Attractiveness as well as Eric Lamouroux, Ambassador of France in Estonia, on the Tallinn site.
