Visuel filière QHSEThe concept of quality is often limited to a standard, ISO 9001 certification, and documentation development. Frequently, the principles of quality and its advocates are associated with personnel working in the Quality Department.

At éolane, Total Quality, also referred to as excellence or performance, concerns all stakeholders in the company and aims for continuous improvement and satisfaction of all parties involved. These stakeholders include our customers, éolane employees, shareholders, partners (suppliers), and governmental institutions.

The Quality and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) functions ensure that external and internal requirements are well understood and met at all levels. They work to allocate human and material resources to meet these requirements.

Working in the quality, safety, and environmental sectors requires agility with an appropriate level of rigor, internal and customer-focused listening, and the ability to engage and communicate with all stakeholders within our organization.

Read Dmitri's interviewWitnessing how my efforts contribute to safety enhancements within the company is crucial for my motivation. The opportunity for continuous development and the chance to enhance my professional skills, staying abreast of the latest safety trends, further excites me. During my job interview, what caught my attention right away was the advanced guest registration and safety briefing console in the lobby. Despite having visited hundreds of companies in my official duties, I had never come a cross such a technical solution anywhere before.
