éolane inaugurated its brand-new factory located in the heart of the Kulim Hi-Tech Park in Kedah, Malaysia, on April 24, 2024, thus marking a crucial milestone in its commitment to sustainable 4.0 production.
The new factory was designed from its inception to be at the forefront of technology, adopting the principles of Industry 4.0. All equipment is connected, enabling real-time data collection and effective supervision through MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and MOM (Manufacturing Operation Management) systems.
Artificial Intelligence solutions, developed in collaboration with éolane's R&D teams, are integrated to enhance the efficiency and quality of manufacturing processes.
In a continuous effort to achieve the highest industry standards, éolane's site in Malaysia aims to obtain the prestigious WCM/JIPM by 2028, awarded by the Japan Institute of Plant Management.
This Award standard aims to optimize the efficiency and productivity of the entire value chain of the company.
