Our profession is the design of advanced electronic PCBA produced in small, medium and large series, and their integration into a final product. We produce on 3 continents, as close as possible to the needs and markets of our customers. 

Concretely, we are an EMS (Electronic Manufacturer Services), designer, manufacturer, producer and maintainer of electronic assemblies and sub-assemblies, and we have also developed expertise in OMD (Original Design Manufacturer) and CDM (Contract Design Manufacturer).

Our value proposition is based on an expertise that allows us to meet a wide range of needs of industrial players from eight main markets: Defense, Industry, Telecom, Railway, Automotive, Medical, Energy and Aeronautics. With more than 700 clients, the éolane Group generates an annual turnover of €300 million, one-third of which is international.

Mission

Under the hierarchical responsibility of the Director of our Asian subsidiaries, you are responsible for expanding and developing existing customers as well as prospecting new customers in your international market segments. You are responsible for reviewing the opportunities in your segments (Bid/No bid files), preparing technical and commercial responses to calls for tenders, and negotiating contracts. Finally, you are in charge of maintaining and developing market knowledge for your segments. Your role is strategic in developing the company's positioning on these segments for the international scope.

In close collaboration with the French and international sales and prospecting teams (China and Estonia in particular), you will be required to:

  • Prospect new customers in your international market segments based on your detailed targets in the Commercial Action Plan, using all appropriate means (phone, email, customer meetings, trade shows and professional seminars, etc.)

  • Develop a detailed Commercial Action Plan for these new customers, identifying the priority actions to be taken

  • Map and analyze key accounts in your scope (mapping divisions/entities, identifying internal order givers/prescribers and buyers, analyzing the potentials and needs of each target among existing customers)

  • Formalize and update an Account Development Plan for your portfolio

  • Prepare and participate in the consultation and validation phase of prospects/projects within the Bid/No bid committee and in the selection of the site that will carry the project (for potential new customers)

  • Validate the adequacy of the response to the call for tenders to the customer's needs

  • Negotiate with the new customer on the contract(s)

  • Maintain the relationship with the customer throughout the tendering process and promote the transformation of this proposal into a new order intake

  • Provide quantitative and qualitative reporting of your activity and update the CRM (account and offer tracking)

Profil souhaité

Knowledge :

  • Electronic manufacturing processes and electronic products

  • Electronic ecosystem and its market segments

  • Fluent English (business and technical English) and French is essential. Fluency in another language would be a real asset.

Expertise :

  • Mastery of commercial prospecting and negotiation techniques

  • Mastery of the technical-commercial environment of calls for tenders

  • Financial analysis skills and quotation analysis.

School : Master degree with a commercial, marketing or engineering specialization


Experience : At least 5 years of similar successful experience in France and internationally (prospecting new customers, managing responses to calls for tenders, commercial negotiations)

As part of your missions, you will be required to collaborate with the following departments, among others: Sales (France and International), RAO and Prospecting Teams, Customers and Prospects, Production, Communication, and Purchasing

Frequent travel is expected in France and internationally.

Location : Position based at the Éolane Group headquarters in Angers. As you can work remotely a few days per week, being located in Paris is possible.
