The éolane group designs, manufactures, produces and maintains electronic assemblies and sub-assemblies for over 700 customers worldwide. To do this, éolane manages various suppliers to ensure the PCBs and technical parts supply to its customers.

The purchasing team provides local sourcing for customized products and value-added services through its agile supply chain solution. éolane handles the complete material management system.

Key figures for the purchasing sectorThe Purchasing department has set up a unique process including a active and efficient panel suppliers in order to meet all customer needs. Among them, 212 main suppliers represent 80% of the Purchasing Value.

Today, more than 104,000 references are purchased by 60 buyers for a total amount of 184M€. 121M€ are dedicated to electronic needs, 11M€ to PCBs and 46M€ to mechanical, sheet metal and plastic needs.

To satisfy its customers' needs, éolane also relies on its Chinese sourcing subsidiary éolane SCM and develops direct relationships with manufacturers. This direct purchasing approach is an important strategic axis.
