The General Secretariat encompasses corporate and contractual legal activities, Communication, Human Resources Management, and labor relations within the éolane group.
The main missions of the General Secretariat involve supporting the deployment of the strategic plan, known as "Alizés," through structuring actions for the éolane group (regionalization, definition, and deployment of CSR and HR policies, values, job retention, etc.).
The Legal Department provides support to the various business sectors in contract negotiations with clients and suppliers.
The Human Resources Department defines and implements the HR policy for the éolane Group. It also supports managers and employees throughout their experience within éolane.
