Adding the adjective "total" to the word "quality" could be taken either as an overstatement - or an understatement!
In fact, we reckon that in our éolane companies, quality is about ethics, or in other words, mutual respect.
This respect is either there or not, it is all or nothing. That is how we behave as « men of quality », worthy of the confidence in us.
From a managerial outlook, Quality is « total » because is to be applied to everybody whether they be linked to the company in-house or externally:
1. The customer first, of course, without whom there is no company,
2. The employees who provide the vitality for the corporate project,
3. The suppliers who contribute to its development,
4. The socio-economic partners in the local authorities who support them,
5. The shareholders who, by bringing in their resources to keep the company alive, have taken the risk of winning or losing everything.
Everyone trusts each other.
The chain cannot be broken since things would start going wrong in the company straight away. Just one element which gives and, by the domino effect everything would collapse, unless one reacts and rises up rapidly!
With total quality, all the partners are satisfied and bring about the success of the company: the customers with the excellence of the services supplied, the employees with their deployment at work, their health and safety protected, the suppliers with well-established partnerships, the socio-economic players with the preservation of the environment, active company participation in the community; and finally the shareholders with the valorization of their investment.
This is how we set our sights for each of our companies and for each person who contributes to the construction of the éolane project.
We are committed to Continuous Progress given that it is impossible to stop without running the risk of immediately declining.
Pushing oneself always further is extremely demanding for us all... fortunately, it is also riveting!
