Two years after it was founded, éolane (SELCO at the time), created its own engineering and design department. R&D capabilities are an intrinsic part of éolane policy and culture. Indeed, how is it possible to be sure of a very high level of quality of a service or a product if one does not participate in its design which unavoidably generates a quantity of industrial consequences?

éolane's R&D policy aims at advancing the most innovative and robust solutions to the projects entrusted in them by their clients.
The éolane R&D teams work as a network, and rely on external partnerships (schools, laboratories) as well as the skills of their own customers.

éolane is also planning on becoming a leading ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) in Europe, offering its customers optimized services for the whole value added chain, from feasibility studies to TLS, all through a one-stop service for customers provided by the project leader.
