commitments
- Ethics
As an economic participant, éolane builds long-lasting, respectful and well-balanced relationships with all the people involved in its companies.
Ethics at the heart of our management policy
- In a shifting and competitive environment, evermore complex, éolane also has to address ethical, environmental, labour management or even societal problems. For several decades now, éolane has been committed to a code of conduct which is shared and backed by all the members of staff.
-
As industrialists, our first vocation is to be service companies. The organisation of the house of éolane is not that of a « group » (double risk of the mass men phenomenon and of not being held accountable for responsibilities), but that of a network of SMCs federated around strong, shared values.
Our companies are kept to a human scale, giving freedom for initiative and encouraging recognition amongst colleagues.
- Working as a network, with 3,000 employees, means éolane is conferred with a special responsibility. The 6 core values of the corporate project have been defined since the beginning : The customer first, the respect and development of people, keeping to commitments, excellence in details, waste cutting, a result-driven culture. Present in all the subsidiaries, these values are guidelines for éolane employees between each other and in their relationships with those involved with our companies.
Our partners
-
Customers
All our energy is put into making sure that, through our contribution, our 420 customers are better prepared to gain market share. If they win with us, it is highly likely that we will win with them.
We organise regular meetings with customers to clearly define their expectations, in the shape of pro-active Partner Business Reviews and Strategic Business Reviews.
-
Suppliers
The quality of our relationships with our suppliers is also fundamental. They contribute to our competitiveness, our punctuality and our technical expertise.
A Customer Supplier Relationship charter has been adopted by éolane, and is widely circulated within each subsidiary. Everyday behavior to be used with the abovementioned partners is elucidated in this charter.
